Dear ACA network members and supporters, Assalamou Alaikum wa Ramadan Moubarak, It is a great pleasure to announce that ACA is now fully registered in Algeria; thus ACA becomes the first Algerian Association founded by Algerians living abroad to be officially established in Algeria; it is indeed a great honour to have achieved this unique status!
This honour comes with a major responsibility to fulfil our promises and contribute positively to Algeria’s know-how, science and technology.
The registration of ACA is an achievement resulting from the hard work, determination and sincerity by ACA founding members and a large number ACA network members who delivered high impact projects with great professionalism. During the last few years, we overcame many challenges and gained the full trust of a large number of Algerian competences inside and outside Algeria and that of the authorities, a valued relationship that we do not want to damage or lose by any means or behaviours.
I take this opportunity to cite a few ACA members who worked hard behind the scene to push the registration of ACA. In this instance a big thank should go to the president of ACA’s Order Council Hadj Ali Becherirat who worked hard to keep ACA focused on its objectives, presented ACA at different levels and let our voice heard, Dr. Sihem Aouabdi, our General Secretary who pushed the registration from different angles, and of course we can’t ignore the sincerity and hard work of our respected Moudjahid Si Ali Verin, Dr. Ahmed Chenna who efficiently led the Biotechnology Initiative, all the members who participated in the Winter University and ACA founding members for their support and belief that we must stick together in order to achieve meaningful results.
We have a few projects under discussion in which you will be invited to take part; however our main focus at the time being is to organize ACA in a better way. Briefly my vision for my remaining time in ACA’s office is to achieve the following goals:
- Continue building the structure and organization of ACA
- Increase the credibility of ACA by delivering high impact and quality programs and projects
- Identify and train new leaders to take over for the next term.
We will definitely keep you informed about the progress made; therefore be ready to take an active role in very short time.
Once again, congratulations to all of you who founded and supported ACA for this achievement and we ask Allah to guide us to make ACA a true channel for Algerian Abroad to contribute positively to Algeria’s prosperity.

Chers membres fondateurs et sympathisants de l’ACA, Assalamou Alaikum wa Ramadan Moubarak, C'est avec beaucoup de plaisir que nous vous annonçons l’enregistrement officiel de l'ACA en Algérie ;
c’est la première fois qu’une association fondée par des Compétences Algériennes vivant à l'étranger, est officiellement établie en Algérie. C’est vraiment un grand honneur d’obtenir cet unique statut !
Avec cette reconnaissance viennent bien sûr une très grande responsabilité collective, dont nous avons pris pour le développement scientifique et technologique de l'Algérie.
L’enregistrement de l’ACA est le résultat d’un travail acharné, la sincérité des membres fondateurs, des sympathisants de l’ACA qui ont réalisé des projets hautement professionnelles. En très peu de temps, nous avons surmonté de nombreux obstacles et obtenu la confiance de plusieurs compé-tents algériens en Algérie et à l’étranger, ainsi que la confiance des autorités publiques nationales. Cela veux dire que nous avions « tous » la lourde responsabilité juridique et morale pour préserver ces Acquis Précieux.
À l’occasion, je dois féliciter quelques membres de l’ACA qui ont travaillé durement dans l’ombre afin d’obtenir l'agrément de l'ACA. En particulier, un grand remercîment doit être adressé au Prési-dent de notre Conseil de l’Ordre Hadj Ali Becherirat, qui a travaillé durement pour maintenir les ob-jectifs l'ACA et il a fait entendre notre voix à différents niveaux officiels. De même, nos remercie-ments doivent aller à Dr.Sihem Aouabdi, notre Secrétaire Générale qui a réussi à promouvoir l'enregistrement à partir de plusieurs angles ; et bien sûr, nous ne pouvons pas ignorer la sincérité et le travail acharné de notre respecté, le Moudjahid Si Ali Vérin, de Ahmed Chenna qui a dirigé efficacement l'Initiative de Biotechnologie, ainsi qu’à tous ceux qui ont participé à l’Université d’Hiver, les membres fondateurs qui ont soutenu le projet de l’ACA et qui devront encore se serrer les coudes afin d'obtenir des résultats significatifs.
Nous avons quelques projets à l’étude pour lesquels vous serez invités à prendre part ; mais nous devons d’abord concentrer nos efforts pour mieux organiser l’ACA. En bref, voici ma vision pour le reste de mon mandat, avec l’aide d’Allah et le votre, j’essayerai d'atteindre les objectifs suivants :
- Poursuivre la structuration de l'ACA,
- Accroître sa crédibilité et d’établir des activités de bonnes qualités,
- Identifier des nouveaux membres et des dirigeants pour assurer la relève.
Nous vous tiendrons au courant des projets d’avenir, soyez prêts pour participer activement aux nouveaux projets.
J’invoque Allah pour qu’Il nous aide à faire de l’ACA : une assemblée importante permettant à notre communauté de contribuer efficacement à la prospérité de l'Algérie.
Et j’invoque Allah pour qu’Il agrée nos martyres auprès de Lui.
