Their Excellencies the Minister of Higher Education & Scientific Research and the Secretary of State for the Algerian Community abroad, in partnership with the Algerian Competences Association (ACA) are pleased to announce the program for the upcoming Winter University to be held at University of Mohamed Khider, Biskra from 24 to 29 December 2011.

Le Président de la République, M. Abdelaziz Bouteflika, a appelé à l'instauration de partenariats entre les opérateurs économiques et le secteur de la recherche scientifique et entre ce dernier et les centres de recherche étrangers en vue d'accroître les capacités du système national de recherche.
